Five Grok bots each got their own inbox via AgentMail. Bot 1 pulled 468 local businesses and filtered out 69% using one rule on gaps it could close in a week. Bot 2 logged evidence from the survivors, Bot 3 built a one-page audit with screenshots, Bot 4 wrote and sent the email from its inbox then managed the reply thread, and Bot 5 vetoed any draft that would annoy the recipient.
140 emails went out. 27 replies arrived in the bots' inboxes; 23 requested calls. 11 clients onboarded so far for ~$27,410 total. The run cost ~$12.
Setup took one evening to create the bots, connect inboxes, write charters, and schedule the scan.
Find [number] local [type of business] in [city or region] that could benefit from [my service], and filter the list to the best [smaller number] using [criteria like no website, weak reviews, outdated site]. For each one, write a short custom audit with two or three specific observations and a draft outreach email. Pause and show me the full list and the emails before sending anything, and stop once I've approved or edited the batch.
