    Amanda Caswell gave ChatGPT Agent one prompt for a 5-day dinner plan under 600 calories a meal, a grocery list, ShopRite price checks and a spreadsheet export. It wrote the recipes, sorted the list by store section, pulled local prices through Instacart data, flagged sales, and exported to Google Sheets. For DoorDash she had it order as a guest with no restaurant named.

  2. How it went

    The meal plan task went well, and she rated it 10/10. The DoorDash order worked once she supplied her zip code, but she had to enter the address and payment herself, so it saved little time.

  3. Worth knowing

    Ordering as a guest means the agent doesn't know your zip code, so give it up front. Expect to take over for address and payment.
