Find [40] [type of business, e.g. dental offices] in [city] using online directories and Google Maps, and collect each one's name, address, phone, email, and website. Then build a simple CRM web app with a dashboard, a profile page per business, and a notes field for outreach. Stop when the app runs with the data loaded, and don't contact any of the businesses.
