Sean drops an exported video into an inbox folder in a Cowork project. Cowork transcribes it locally with Whisper and proposes titles and descriptions. It opens Figma, builds a thumbnail from his template, and after his tweaks uploads to YouTube. It then drafts X, Bluesky and LinkedIn posts in Markdown for his edits. It posts or schedules them, using a custom scheduled task for Bluesky.
The process still takes more than the one-hour goal, because each run turns up small system tweaks. Sean says the foundation gets stronger each time but that he hasn't proven the hypothesis.
Bluesky has no native scheduling, so Cowork created a scheduled task to post at the right time. Expect to keep refining the setup over the first several runs.
