ChatGPT found chefs, emailed for quotes and availability, handled replies and tracked missing info, and researched ski locations and transfer and gear quotes.
ChatGPT received casual spoken instructions while the user walked the dog. For the chef it located candidates, drafted and sent quote and availability emails, processed incoming replies, produced decision summaries, and tracked missing details. For the ski trip it reviewed a human agent's options, added location research to create a shareable report, then obtained transfer and gear-hire quotes.
The agent produced usable summaries and quotes that let the user select a chef and assemble a full DIY trip for two families.
I'm planning a ski holiday for [number] people in [month/dates] with a budget of [amount], and I want a private chef for [number] nights. Research ski resorts that fit our skill level of [level], find private chefs available in each area, and gather quotes for airport transfers and gear rental. Keep a tracker of what each provider has quoted and what info is still missing, and draft the quote request emails for me. Pause and show me each email before sending it, and stop once you've given me a comparison of the top three resort options with chef, transfer, and gear costs.
