The agent searched Google Flights, compared kid-friendly hotels, and listed attractions such as the zoo and LEGOLAND.     The itinerary and comparisons came out well, and the reporter called it an incredible planning tool. The agent did not buy anything. She had to confirm bookings herself and says she wouldn't trust AI with that step.
